Henry is an Engagement Manager based in Stockholm. He works primarily with GES Climate Risk engagement focusing on carbon emissions risk and climate change, as well as GES Food Supply Chain engagement focusing on the issues of forced and child labour in food supply chains and living income for farmers. He also works with GES Business Conduct Engagement. Before joining GES, Henry worked as a Business Analyst at SDGlead working with some of Scandinavia’s largest companies on ESG issues and sustainability risk strategy. Henry holds a Bachelor degree in Chemistry from Newcastle University and a Master degree in Climate Change from Copenhagen University. He speaks English and Danish.

Cathrine is a Senior Engagement Manger, based in Copenhagen and Los Angeles. She focuses primarily on climate-related and financial sector engagement. Before joining GES, Cathrine worked in international corporate banking and private equity/venture capital portfolio management. She has also been active in the global water, climate and ESG arena for the past decade, bringing perspectives from COP, WWC/SIWI, and responsible investing forums to regional policy committees, ESG integration case studies, and impact start-ups. Cathrine holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Indiana University, and a Certificate in Environmental and Social Risk Analysis from the UNEP FI & INCAE Business School. She speaks Danish, English and Spanish, with proficiency in German, Swedish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Anders works as an Engagement Manager based in the Copenhagen office. He mainly conducts engagement with companies in emerging markets and services Danish clients. Before joining GES, Anders worked at A.P. Moller-Maersk supporting sustainability integration efforts across the company’s global shipping, logistics and energy businesses. Anders has a Master’s degree in International Business & Politics from Copenhagen Business School, during which he held an internship with the Danish Institute for Human Rights. Anders speaks Danish and English.
