In addition, Hanna has been active in Amnesty International for more than 20 years – serving as chairperson of both the Swedish chapter and Amnesty International Worldwide. Josiane Fanguinovény is the Engagement Director based in London and leads the work of the Engagement Department. Prior to this, Josiane spent eight years at Governance for Owners (GO), where she provided governance analysis to the GO European Focus Fund and led engagements on behalf of asset managers and pension funds. Her previous experience include a role of Associate Director at Hermes, corporate governance work for Friends Ivory & Sime (FIS), now F&C, as well as a number of legal, investor relations and project management related roles in Paris, at Elf, the oil company, and others. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics as well as a Master’s degree in Law, both from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris. Josiane speaks French, English, German and Serbo-Croat.

Agnieszka Kulczyńska is the Research Director based in Poland and leads the work of the Research Department. She joined GES in 2007 and first worked within GES Risk Rating specialising in Corporate Governance. She then joined GES Global Ethical Standard focusing on extractive industries, and held the positions of Product Manager for GES Alert Service and for GES Global Ethical Standard. Before joining GES, Agnieszka has worked as a teacher of English, Cambridge ESOL examiner, translator and interpreter. Charlotte Mansson is the Director of Client Relations and is responsible for GES’ global client base and heads up the Market team. Based in the London office, Charlotte has extensive experience advising clients on responsible investment policies, key ESG issues, speaking at conferences and writing articles.  She joined GES from Ethix SRI Advisors (now ISS-Ethix) and prior to that, was Head of Sales and Marketing at Zurich-based ESG data provider RepRisk, and worked as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting in Brussels. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Economics from John Hopkins University in Washington D.C., and a Bachelor degree from Vesalius College. Linda is a Senior Engagement Manager based in Stockholm. She is focused on the extractive industry and leads company engagements. Linda also conducts engagement with international fund managers to promote integration of ESG issues in their investment processes. Bruce is a Senior Engagement Manager based in London. He works mainly with the extractive, chemicals, and pharmaceutical industries as well as proxy voting. Previously Bruce worked as an environmental consultant for a number of companies including BAE Systems and Kvaerner. With over 25 years of experience in the environmental sector, Bruce has worked in the UK and overseas (principally in the Middle East and the former Soviet Union). His project experience includes demilitarisation, site investigation, contaminant remediation of soils and groundwater, ESIAs, risk assessments, and project management. Bruce has also developed ISO9000 QMSs and worked on ISO14000 EMSs. Academically, Bruce has a BSC in Earth and Life Studies (specialised in geology) and an MSc in Environmental Engineering, he is also a Chartered Geologist, Fellow of the Geological Society, a Chartered Environmentalist and Member of IEMA.
